Bendrigg 10k and 4k

A classic road race in Cumbria, brought back to support the Bendrigg Trust, a fantastic charity promoting inclusivity in adventurous activities.

For over 40 years they have provided adventure residential courses for over 87,000 disabled and disadvantaged people throughout the UK.

As well as the classic 10k route, we’ve added a 4k option. Run, walk or wheel one of the routes to support the great work of the Bendrigg Trust. 

• 10.1k/6.3 mile or 4k/2.5m options

• 459ft/140m or 213ft/65m of ascent

• Starts from: Bendrigg Trust LA8 0NR (parking available in their car park)

• Bespoke Bendrigg Challenge medal awarded to the first 20 finishers

• All proceeds go to Bendrigg Trust

• Both distances 100% paved and wheelchair accessible
